Ceramic anilox rollers are collectively referred to as quantitative ink transfer rollers. Their purpose is to determine different volumes through different mesh types, mesh lines, and mesh depths. Different volumes carry different amounts of ink, and different printing and coating methods and substrates determine different amounts of ink.
Application range of ceramic anilox roller:
Anilox roller ink transfer: flexographic printing, offset printing, gravure printing, flexible packaging, corrugated box printing, labels, envelopes, form paper, handbags, etc.;
Anilox roller base color coating: paper coating, polishing, wallpaper, wood grain paper, etc.;
Anilox roller pattern cloth: optical film, release film, lithium battery film, film, aluminum foil, etc.
Dot shape: hexagon, diagonal, serpentine
